"I did enjoy the service, which has not been the first time. However, I must say I am disappointed with the fact the car was way too dirty when it was delivered to me. I had drop it clean and washed and when I got it back it was dirty with mud in the drivers seat and mat. Outside it was full of sand and dust and, considering, I was only 2 weeks away, I would not expect to be this dirty. You would need to be more careful with this as it is not nice to come back to a dirty car. Other than that, dropping and picking up the car was easy."

On return all worked well , after calling to confirm we had collected bags the car was ready for us when we had made our way back to level 4 in the car park. Excellent service based on price. "

"Booked with cancellation. Tried to cancel from my work phone phone but no one answered. Could not get a refund unless i showed proof of phone call which i couldnt get from an office number. Just a real frustration after having to cancel my holidays because i caught covid and wasnt happy with response times. "
