The gentleman on the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful as he had his head phones in playing on his phone and gave no response when asked several times where my vehicle was. Poor instructions on the email prior. Would definitely not use again. "

"The dropOff arrangements went quite well but the collection arrangements were very unsatisfactory. I followed the instructions but spent nearly half an hour searching in vain for the sign which said 'Off Air Meet & Greet'. Eventually I managed to telephone the office again and found that we should have been on the first floor by the middle lift. This is not what the instructions say. In all we wasted nearly 45 minutes before we got out of the airport."
