"After calling ahead 20minutes, we were left waiting for a further 50 minutes for our car to arrive. The gentleman on the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful as he had his head phones in playing on his phone and gave no response when asked several times where my vehicle was. Poor instructions on the email prior. Would definitely not use again. "
