"Instructions for arrival really clear and helpful. First time flying from Heathrow so that was really helpful. Wasn’t explained that we needed to go to Blue Circle desk on arrival so that might be helpful to add as I had to call someone to be told. Wait on return quite a while when returning from a transatlantic flight but we were aware of that and everything went really smoothly so satisfied with the whole service. "

"The desk was manned on my arrival and process leaving car quick. On arrival the car was ready and parked ready for me (for which I was very grateful as it was nearly midnight and I had an hour's drive ahead of me). Very good value. "

"I was advised to ring on return BEFORE luggage arrived and the car was on level 4 when we got there 15 minutes later. Super Service "

"I've regularly been using this service for my Heathrow trips - 6 so far this year. They are usually always really good and efficient. Drop off service great as usual but pick up disappointing this time with a 40 min wait. However I will use again as overall service is normally excellent. Maybe just a bad day?"

"Excellent and efficient service. A bit of clarity around arrival and handover collection would be helpful. I got confused and entered the drop off area and incurred a £5 charge. Post code took me to other side of the road and I nearly went into the wrong car park again. A map would be a bonus."

"I have always used simply park — however on this occasion they were horrendous - nobody there to meet and collect the car — and on return they had the day wrong (all the paperwork was correct ) - so I had to wait nearly an hour "

"I did manage to miss the correct turning into the correct car park but simply went around again and entered this time keeping to the left lane. Parked up beside the attendant area and handed over my key. Check in went smoothly and upon my return my car was waiting for me as arranged after my call. "Drop off was perfect. Pick up not good. Dialled both numbers after collecting bags and was directed to an answerphone!! needless to say, when we arrived at the car park it took another 25 minutes before our car was returned!!"

"It was a very efficient service and instructions easy to follow. When we returned to the airport the phone was answered quickly and car there when we got to Level 4, with all paperwork ready. Only one wrong instruction which was to go to Level 2 not 4 but same level as you drop off so just went there."
