"You were not ready for me when I arrived and the gentleman who took my card didn't have a card for me and had to fill one out! He took no visual check of my car whilst I was there to check any damage. Also, they were not at Row A, they were at the other end! On my return despite calling you on time, my car was still not ready and I had to wait far too long. This was all quite disappointing and a let down for me."

"There is insufficient parking space at Heathrow for drop off and pickup. It is chaos! Although car taken off me very efficiently, the return took too long, over 30 minutes from me phoning. It is extremely cold waiting for its return. If it is going to take this long, then either the car park is too far away or there are not enough drivers. "
