"As a regular business flyer it has been refreshingly pleasing to have used this service recently and so far to have been promptly met on departure and return which has saved me valuable time in contrast to off airport competitors. I shall continue to use this service provided the price remains fair and minimal waiting is guaranteed. Just one small suggestion, it is sometimes unclear exactly where to park and who to go to to when there are several companies operating in the same car parking zone so a clear company sign would help. "Arrival information was not correct,email did not mention level 2 short stay car park ( terminal 4 ). Update required, i was tempted to give negative response but apart from arrival, everything was perfect. Ps, also they had not copied my mobile number down correctly, staff training required, But no problems on return excellent. "

"The directions on entry into Heathrow T5 is completely unmarked. It's only a general sign- nothing for the company I was looking for. I went around to BA first, then out of the terminal and back in again! The exit process was a shambles- had to wait 30 minutes. They said it was the busiest weekend of the year, but that's predictable isn't it? There was a problem at T4, but why drivers to T5 should be affected I have no idea. Just seems like poor management."
