Zero wait on arriving with car (Even though I only called SimplyPark when I was 5 minutes away from drop off (I actually called when I was entering the car park) Short walk to terminal (Didn't even have to get a lift!) Upon return, minimal waiting time. I called SimplyPark after I had received baggage, I was told that my car would be where I dropped it off in 15 to 20 minutes time. Took me 10 minutes to get to car park, lo and behold 5 minutes later my car arrived. Good job and I'll be using you again"

"Information supplied with the booking totally incorrect such ment having to call the parking peoplr for the correct drop off area. Same issue on return information states ground floor actual car left on first floor such delayed for half an hour on return. Would not use again"

"I found the whole experience from price through to drop off and pick up first class! I had a question on booking. I phoned the office and they couldn't be more helpful! On my return I phoned up from the baggage pickup to say that I had arrived. I rang and they answered the phone saying good evening Mr Martin. They had my number already registered. I would definitely use this company again and would thoroughly recommend them! Well done!"

"Fab emailing and phone contact. Very clear instructions regarding where to park on arrival and what to do. On our return we didn't realise that we were meant to phone from the baggage carousel so when we called from the car park we had to wait a good half hour. That could have been clearer. Since you had our flight number and arrival time it would have been wonderful to have had our car waiting for us in the car park. However we didn't mind too much. It was a good service and great value for money. It made the whole airport experience with two small children much easier for us and far less stressful. Thank you. "
