And when my return flight got in early, the staff had the car ready for me, once I got through to the carpark. Thank you PS Perhaps point out even more clearly that Level 4 is completely separate to the left of the main Short Stay carpark - which is only Levels 1-3. It was my mistake, as I read the instructions too quickly! "

"We travelled from Terminal 3 and perhaps your documentation should make clear that one needs to go to the desk in the lobby of level 3 car park to sign in the car. However that aside staff were pleasant and professional, the car was waiting for us as we walked out of the lift and was well cared for. I'd use this company again."

"I am not a fond lover of airport parking even though I had never used one, I always had concerns about cost, usage while I was away, diesel theft and damage, what a negative (but cautious) attitude. My daughter organised our family trip for a week in New York, organised transport from home to hotel and back which involved leaving my jeep with yourselves (leaving me a bit dubious). What an awakening, phoned the office twenty minutes before we got there, told what level and parking bay to arrive at and were greeted by the attendant as we pulled in, signed the document, gave him the keys, done! in five minutes. Thee return flight, on arrival at Heathrow while in baggage collection we phoned and explained we were given an early flight, actually two hours early, the reception said, no problem your jeep will be there for you, collected our baggage, into the lift to level four, over to parking bays r-s and there's my jeep waiting for us, signed document, in 10 minutes from leaving baggage we're driving out onto the M4. Absolutely superb service, thank you. I have given 5 stars for all aspects, why! because it is fully deserved"
