"Really helpful - even though I arrived in a bit of a panic, they took over the car very calmly and quickly. And when my return flight got in early, the staff had the car ready for me, once I got through to the carpark. Thank you PS Perhaps point out even more clearly that Level 4 is completely separate to the left of the main Short Stay carpark - which is only Levels 1-3. It was my mistake, as I read the instructions too quickly! "
