"We travelled from Terminal 3 and perhaps your documentation should make clear that one needs to go to the desk in the lobby of level 3 car park to sign in the car. However that aside staff were pleasant and professional, the car was waiting for us as we walked out of the lift and was well cared for. I'd use this company again."
