"I booked close to my trip and found simply park a great experience with value for money. I was surprised to get such a good deal with the convenience of a meet and greet, that I required. I found the process to book and when I arrived at the airport quick, easy and hassle free. On my return we landed 1 hour early and after a phone call my car was returned within 15 mins and I was on my way home......... would highly recommend. "

"This was a good service but I would like to raise an issue. Money was stolen from our car. It is sad that we can not trust the integrity of your staff. I would like to make a formal complaint and would like to know who to speak with? We'd be grateful for a senior manager to contact us as soon as is possible."

"Getting to the parking was well communicated. When I collected my car I had found the car low on fuel, the radio tuned into a different station and that a container which I kept loose change in as well as other items had been tampered with as some of the contents had been left on the passenger seat and centre console. This is very disappointing because of the lack of trust. "

"Couldn't fault this services. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were there when I arrived at the airport to take the car and the car was there waiting when I arrived back of my holiday . Will definitely curse them again."

"Communications with staff and the company were good with useful text prompts at both ends of our holiday. It was confusing when arriving at the airport because it was so easy to get into the wrong lane for car parking (which we did) though the staff helped us out. On return the member of staff could have been more prominent - we went past without noticing him. Overall though a good experience."
