"very happy with value and ease of use, however not happy with the fact that someone had obviously been fiddling with the sat nav and there was a dirty set of finger prints on the roof lining that were definitely not there when we dropped the car off."

"It was very good experience, I keep my belonging in a way and someone has gone through my belonging and also took my USB IPhone charger from the car, I reported it but no one got back to me, it cost me £10 to replace the wire. So do not leave anything in the car, otherwise it's ok. "

"Being able to drop off at the short stay made it very convenient. Process was easy to follow, communication was good. We had an issue where we were double charged but this was quickly resolved when I pointed it out. Will use again and would recommend. Thanks"

"Decent service, not my first time although not sure where the car was driven as it had travelled 20 miles whilst I was away. There is no info I can find to say where the car is parked during my holiday. For that reason I would probably not recommend this provider but an alternative one."
