"Although I rang 30 minutes before arriving at the airport, as requested, I had to wait 15 minutes before one of your employees. I rang your office and it was not manned. This is unacceptable particularly when we are catching planes and is not a good start to a holiday."

"We waited too long both for the driver to arrive when we departed and to pick up the car when we returned. In both cases the driver was there all the time so we did not need to wait - because he made no attempt to make himself known to us when we departed and when we returned, and in the the return case he parked a little way away from row R where you said the car would be."
