"Process was easy. The issue was driver moved the driving seat in all positions, it was difficult to find the correct position again, the sat nav settings were changed and the radio was left at full volume."

"Pleased with service, the only problem we experienced was with your instructions - the written instructions for drop off at Heathrow Terminal 4 don't match the road markings/signs, so need to be updated. On our return, the instructions said to go to the ground floor of the short stay car park (which we confirmed with you by phone), but in fact the driver had gone to Level 2, so we were waiting for about 30 mins in the wrong place. Again this could be resolved by updating the written instructions. We did appreciate not having to pay for the car park though, since the driver paid for the ticket, which we thought was excellent customer service. We will definitely use you again the next time we fly from Heathrow."

"Had to wait for collection and delivery of vehicle. Vehicle has been damaged by collection driver which you have admitted but no contact from you. I have sent in a complaint - not impressed vehicle had less than 100 miles and was only 5 days old."

"We had an early flight but someone was there to greet us and take the car, it was quick and painless. On our return we phoned as requested and were told the car would be in the car park in 20 minutes and it was. Car parking fee was paid so exit was straightforward. A very painless experience."

"I had a twenty minute wait for the staff on drop off and nearly missed my flight. On my return I could not see you staff member as they had on an unmarked high vis jacket. as a result I waited twenty minutes to collect my car despite it being in the Terminal 4 short stay car park for the whole time. The staff member had the wrong phone number for me and had made no effort to find me. According to him it was my fault!"
