"The customer service staff were really helpful when I needed to make a change to the booking, but unfortunately the team at the airport did not have the paper work so we were a bit delayed waiting for that. The pick up was very smooth although the car did have a small scratch on it which we're waiting to see how that is resolved by the actual company that were responsible for parking."

"The idea and drop off was very good, easy and hassle free. Pick up however was very dissapointing. After following the instructions I phoned the number when I was 20 mins away. When I arrived at level 2 they told me he was not here yet but will be imminently. After waiting an extra 40 mins I asked the attendant to call and find out where they were. After his phone call he told me that they had no record of me phoning even though I showed him the number and time of call on my phone. I then waited and extra 15 mins for them to arrive. Very very disappointing and annoying. The reason I chose this service as I thought it would be hassle free and convienient. However due to a poor staff error it turned into and extra 55 mins on to my journey waiting in a car park."

"A very efficient service. Driver waiting for us at the terminal even though we arrived early. On our return the car was delivered in the time it took us to walk from the terminal back to the car park. All this at such a reasonable price was more than we expected. Would definitely use them again."
