"The customer service staff were really helpful when I needed to make a change to the booking, but unfortunately the team at the airport did not have the paper work so we were a bit delayed waiting for that. The pick up was very smooth although the car did have a small scratch on it which we're waiting to see how that is resolved by the actual company that were responsible for parking."
