"Fantastic service. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and our car was waiting for us in the designated place on our return. No waiting around for the driver at either end of our flights. This is the best service we have had and we use meet and greet 4 times a year over the past 10 years. "I found my car returned having been aggressively driven from/to airport. All items in boot were strewn around and this only cure when the car is driven very hard/fast! Also, found it had been running for 59 minutes since I dropped it at LHR-T2 on departure. Why run the car for over 30 minutes extra when it is 12-15C outside? No reason and no explanation for either of these having taken place. "
