"I have to say no complaints from me. The booking process, staff and drop off / collection worked really well. I was travelling with my sister who also booked with Executive parking and was concerned about her travelling with two young children and all the luggage they had. A huge thank you to the staff member who picked up Anna Moors car, but also ensured she got into the terminal safely to wait for me."

"Drop off we had to wait 15 minutes before the driver came. We did not get a call 30 mins prior. At first we thought we go scammed. But then the driver appeared. Almost got us late. The whole purpose of this was so we can drop it and go in. Not to wait around. On arrival we were told to go the arrivals car park C. Waited for 20 minutes and call again to say we have to go to the 2nd floor middle elevator. Again wasted our time and gave us the run around. Won't be using again."

Given the big difference in price to other Meet&Greet offers, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I must say I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely book through Simply Park again next time. I didn't have to wait a minute both at drop off and pick up which was really great and the guys were very friendly too! Great service!!! "
