"The operator for the actual service I received is called DriveFly and this is the 2nd time I have done business with them. Whilst the staff are extremely friendly and courtesy and the service is indeed good value for money; this is the 2nd time that items have been stolen from my vehicle whilst it has been in their care which would boil down to one of their staff. It is also ironic that on both occasions the item stolen was a USB dual charging plug (which sits in the cigarette lighter socket). On the first occasion I convinced myself that I must have taken it with me before handing my car keys over and subsequently lost it whilst on holiday, so on this 2nd occasion I PURPOSELY left it plugged in the socket and also left a £1 coin in the tray by my gear box in plain sight. The driver who I handed my keys to made a note on the form stating that there was a £1 coin in the tray. When I arrived back to receive my car a few days later, I immediately noticed that my charger plug & the £1 coin was missing, so I immediately brought it to attention of the driver who returned my vehicle who promptly apologized on behalf of the company, took a written statement from me and assured me that the manager would call me on the following day (being that I arrived after 10pm at night. It is now 2.40pm the following day at the time of me writing this review and I haven't received any correspondence from them apart from a questionnaire asking me to rate this company. They have certainly lost my business after this episode. "

"Unfortunately they damaged my car and did not think it right and proper to admit to the damage and offer compensation. We collected the car late at night and the driver parked it far from where we were waiting, in hindsight this should have set off alarm bells. We have contacted driveandfly and they advise they do think they are liable as we did not notice the damage at collection point. It is a shame that they feel this is a good way to do business."

"After arrival, staff were present at the stand. I've been caled by name so they are prepared for your arrival. It was nice and smooth. I managed to screwed my collection time however I have sent one email and it was processed without any hiccups. When i arrived I called a phone number on your receipt for car collection all good and easy. Little note on the end, my car battery got flat due to long holiday and they jump started and delivered to me. This is very good company and I recommend it to everyone. "

"I couldn't really fault the service. I suppose everyone could wish for things a little cheaper - but I thought £37 was generally a very good deal. Exiting the car park was fine.....apart from some tail backs on the air port roads. I don't see this as a fault of your service though Very pleased"
