"Arrival information was not correct,email did not mention level 2 short stay car park ( terminal 4 ). Update required, i was tempted to give negative response but apart from arrival, everything was perfect. Ps, also they had not copied my mobile number down correctly, staff training required, But no problems on return excellent. "
