"On arrival the email said to proceed to top floor car park, which we did. Waited for about twenty five to thirty minutes. Then rang again and the car operative said he told me level four. The signal on phone was not good when first spoke to operative, cut out when he said this. We had to pay £3.50 extra for exit ticket, so not pleased. Collection was ok Thank you"
