"We have used your service a number of times. Generally i have no complaints but and have noted that the time quoted from having bags in the reclaimed luggage area and the time the car arrives is too short. We seem to be universally quoted 5 minutes which now is never met. I think it would be more realistic to quote 10-15mins as this is the time it now seems to take."
