"This is the second time iv'e had to complain about the staff handling the arrival and return calls they will not listen all they are interested in is stating you have arrived earlier or later than the times placed on the booking being a frequent flyer and user of your service i always put in the flight details giving to me by the airline carrier so i can not be chastises if they change there flight times due to delays etc My request is please advise your staff to explain to the customer if there is going to be a delay in taking or returning the vehicle due to issues outside of the customer control don't blame to costumer or be rude to them regarding this problem For me to continue using your service and for you to be the customer of first choice this needs addressing Regds DR Evans "

"THE most efficient car parking service at Gatwick I have ever used. Been flying from the airport for the last five years or more, and the drop off and pick up was bang on time. No hanging around waiting for someone to take the car, and it was there when we got to the car park. Our car had even been hosed down to remove the dust! Many thanks"

"When we have used similar companies previously, there has always been someone at the car park to receive us and again waiting there when we got back. It was a bit disconcerting arriving to find no-one there and I had to phone the office to check we were in the right place. "
