"Friendly staff and good value for money. The waiting for the driver to arrive is a bit stressful. It would be useful if they gave an approximate arrival time for both collecting and returning the vehicle. Also, it would be good if the place for the drop off and collection is automatically said over the phone to remind us, as it was different this time from what was written on the form."

"I received no reply to my phone call, which I made as requested 20 minutes before arrival at the terminal, until 10 minutes after I had parked. Your operative made no apology and simply said he was busy. Had I been late in arriving, I might have missed my flight, and consequently I am unimpressed, especially as I was kept waiting a further 15 minutes on pickup."

"Always use meet and greet when going away and it did the job. Only criticism was that my car was filthy and covered in dry grass/straw when returned. Had obviously been parked in a field."

Also, although it's only a small thing, but a pound coin in the car had been used by someone, they left the change of 30p!!!"
