"This was a great experience. We arrived early at the airport but we were still received and were soon on our way across to check-in. The reception was jovial, friendly and painfree. On arrival back at Gatwick we followed the instructions and our car was waiting for us still warm (great as the temperature difference from where we had been was almost 20 degrees!) The car was clean and tidy on our return (I have had to wash my car on previous occasions when parking at Gatwick and once the interior was very muddy, as if the car had been parked in a ploughed field). I have not used this service from Simply Smart before but will certainly be using it in future."

"An excellent service, but you do need to emphasize that the driver has to stop somewhere 20 mins away to call you before arrival - I was on motorways where stopping was impossible and my passenger was not able to manage a mobile phone, so we waited about 20 mins for your arrival. Other than that, no problems. Thank you."

"Got straight through to arrange drop off of my car someone was there in minutes to take my car off me. When returning to Gatwick made the call once we collected our luggage by the time we got to the car park my car was there in minutes. All staff where friendly polite and efficient. "We arrived a bit early on the 2nd and caught out the representative, who had no paperwork relating to our car. But quickly got over! Collection was very smooth on the 9th - only had to wait a couple of minutes. The only downside of dealing with your company is the receipt of an email from you literally minutes after I had originally booked, offering a discount that could have saved us around £7. I sent you an email, asking if the discount could be retrospectively applied, but did not get any reply to that - or the chaser I sent a few days later."
