"We landed at 12.30am and we had 2 very tired children. When we rang after we had collected our bags it took ages to get through as it was constantly engaged, when finally did get through we were told 20 mins and it actually took closer to 40 mins. We felt in this time it would have been quicker to get the shuttle bus out to one of the other car parks. Maybe if it hadn't been so late at night we wouldn't have been so anxious. "

"You directed us to the top floor of the Orange Car Park at Gatwick. After waiting a while we contacted you again and you advised we should be on the 4th Floor. The top floor is the 5th Floor. On return the car took a while to arrive"
