"Very good service"

"On our arrival at Gatwick were told to go to carpark 5 and 4th level we arrived before our allotted time but that was not a problem. It was a hard to find a space as it was pretty much full but eventually squeezed into a space then the guy met us he was very friendly assisted us with cases and then gave us paperwork and that was it off we went. On return our flight was delayed and when I rang it was a bad line but made our way up to car park and had to wait 10 minutes when I rang again man was a little sharp on the phone but I explained it was a bad line and he put phone down??? after all we were an hour late due to delays 15 minutes later car arrived and signed our paperwork then he disappeared no goodbye nothing so bit miffed by that. Overall I would definitely recommend to others very quick and easy to hand over and right n next to the departures area. Very good value for money."

"Great service on arrival. On departure it took a while to get through on the phone. When we got to level 4 of Orange car park there was nobody there to ask and it took about 15 minutes for my car to arrive"
