Following the clear instructions on the card given on our departure we made the call on our return, and again the car arrived right on time. A good service that we shall use again. "

"Staff could benefit with a few weeks at m charm school - also if you do as they ask and don't ring until you've collected your bags you'll be hanging around for 20 minutes which is a drag, so I recommend calling them once you've cleared passport control then even with the slowest luggage arrival time you'll arrive at the car collection point at the same time."
