"We were not very happy at all as we were kept waiting for a while on our departure and then worse than that we were kept waiting 45 minutes for our car on our return and when a man called Jalal eventually came and I asked why we had been kept waiting so long He barely replied and did not offer an apology. We obviously paid extra for meet and greet so that we could get off quickly on our return as we had to collect our son from the person who had been looking after him for us. We were unhappy with the service and even more unhappy when we got no apology or explanation whatsoever."
