"Very reliable service "

"Going MEET was trouble free and we thought great. It was bang on time, friendly and efficient. Return GREET was poor. It was a 40 minute wait from phoning to see our car at the arranged pick up point (There was no update as to progress). Then the driver returning our car lost our exit ticket and we were told that it was not a problem as the barriers we up and if we had a problem phone Simply Park. He left. The barriers were down initially and we thought we had been conned, but they did lift automatically. This was the first time we used Simply Park and as a result of the experience returning from holiday it is very doubtful that we would us them again, or recommend them. "
