"Excellent service "

"Personally I'm one of these who would rather park my car & keep the keys with me but after not booking in advance as it was a late holiday booking also, I found these guys online & it was such a good price for 2 weeks I decided to give Simply Park & this meet & greet a go. I found it so easy & they checked the car over for any damage & took the mileage reading & off we went. On our return we called them after collecting our luggage we called the mobile again & made our way over to the short stay car park to meet the driver with our car. They said 15-20 minutes & they were there, we checked the car over again & they went & paid for the ticket (cost included) & off we set home - perfect service, punctual, presentable, polite, will defiantly use again 10/10 "

"cant fault the service I received. Arrived at 4.30am at Gatwick the Simply smart rep was there ready for me. A quick check of the car then off to the airport only a 2 minute walk. On arrival at Gatwick at 11.30 pm I rang simply smart as requested. Walked over to the car park approx. 2 minutes waited for around 2 minutes until my car arrived. Good service all round will definitely use you again."

"Easy to book and the cheapest 'Meet and Greet'. Lovely friendly staff and very efficient srvice. The staff were there when we arrived and only took 10 minutes to bring the car back"

"I am always a little concerned about meet and greet parking services, particularly the collection after a return flight but the whole experience could not have been better. Car dropped off and handed over very close to the terminal and on our return the car was awaiting us to drive off. Very friendly staff and we could not fault it in any way. "

"We had to wait 40-45 minutes between phoning Simply Smart on arrival at Gatwick (after going through passport control and having collected our baggage) to delivery of our car. This was far longer than we expected."

"All worked ok... But the instructions for approaching Car Park 5 at the North Terminal at Gatwick needs to say keep in the RIGHT hand land as thats where the Car Park is situated. NOT the Left hand side. I approached in the left hand lane and nearly ended up in the drop off lanes, so had to veer across 3 lanes over to the Right side to enter Car Park 5! So you need to amend your vehicle drop off instructions. Other than that, the Drop off and Pick up was all very satisfactory at the North Terminal Gatwick."
