"Service was quick - we waited no more than 5 minutes for the car to be delivered to us when we arrived back at Gatwick. Only issue was understanding the person who took the phone calls on departure and arrival - their English was not good and it took a few attempts to get clarity about where we had to go to drop off the car and pick up. This caused a little anxiety but otherwise went smoothly. I would use this service again."
