"We rang when we'd got our luggage but still had to wait in the car park for about 20 mins. Others who rang their's as soon as they got off the plane didn't have to wait. The disembarking and luggage reclaim is usually so efficient these days I shall ring as soon as I've got off the plane next time. "

"The service was very good. I rang, as instructed, 25 minutes from the arirport. We arrived at arranged car park and the man was standing there waiting for us. It was a very easy hand over of the car and we went on our way. Exactly the same on our arrival back in the UK. We did not land until 2.30am and collected our luggage and then rang as previously instructed. We were told we would be met in the car park in 10 minutes, by the time wo got there the man was standing there waiting for us by our car. Very impressed with this company and would now not use anyone else. John W."

"Very straightforward and would use again. Only negatives: 1. Cost when I actually booked considerably more than original quote although still comparable to other options and better as no bus transfers etc 2. Dropping car off took ages as car park severely congested and couldn't get above first floor for over 15 minutes. Once reached 4th floor- pick up location - all quick and straightforward. Return of car was very straightforward."

"The procedure really is as simple and rapid as described! The only challenge is finding a safe place from which to call ahead from the motorway to say that you are nearing Gatwick."

"Excellent service, on our outbound journey, our departure terminal was changed. When I contacted the office they were very understanding advising me it was not a problem. On arrival at the car park an attendant was waiting for us. On our return within a few minutes of reaching the car park the car was returned to us. I will definitely be using this service again whmenflying from Gatewick."

"Overall an OK experience, we had a very unsatisfactory drop off. We telephoned as told 20 mins before we arrived at Gatwick to drop off the car. No one answered and we left an answerphone message, tried again no answer. When we arrived at the car park, there was no one to greet us, so I telephoned, phone was answered, I asked where he was, he started to get irritated and lectured me about calling him 20 mins before, I said we left a voicemail, he said they don't receive voicemail msgs, told me to wait 20 mins and hung up. As a result we were rushing for our flight and I had young children with me which added to the stress. The men I dealt with on the phone and who collected the car were rude, didn't care, no apology. The man who took the car off me spoke poor English - just added to my frustration! However, pick up on our arrival back to Gatwick was a breeze, only had to wait 5 mins, and very pleasant, happy lady handed the car over. "
