"Collection of my car went very smoothly, instructions were clear and precise. Unfortunately the delivery was poor, my car was left unlocked and unattended in the car park with no apology from the driver or the office."

"Dropping my car off went very smoothly but returning my car didn't go smoothly at all ! Rang operations after baggage reclaim as requested arrived at the meeting point waited and waited and then one of their meet & greet guys asked if I was ok, I said I was waiting for my car, he rang operations for me and they told him I'd not rang, I showed him my phone as proof I'd rang after waiting 45 minutes my car arrived only to find the rear bumper had been scraped on a wall or something, I was told to contact them after 9am I emailed them a picture and told them I wasn't happy and what are they going to do about it which has so far been ignored! Anyone reading this please read the reviews before booking I wish I had !!!"
