Made my journey with a 6 month old baby and all her necessary travelling equipment, so much easier. I also had to change my arrangements prior to flying and this was quick, easy and effortless. "The car wasn't actually at Gatwick when we arrived, despite calling before hand. We ended up with a 25 minute wait in the carpark. With two kids after a long flight this wasn't ideal! Won't be using again."
