"This Company are quite a lot cheaper than the usual one we use, which has got prohibitive without Tesco Clubcard vouchers and as I had run out of vouchers, we decided to give Simply Smart a try. They are just as good as the top priced ones: courteous on the phone when we rang 20 minutes from Gatwick and a friendly guy arrived about the same time as we did in the designated Car Park 6, which is well signed and very close to Premier Inn, where we used to drop the car off with the old Company, APH (and before recent changes meant that no company can do this anymore). I was afraid we would have to walk a long way with heavy cases on a trolley, but no, down in the lift from level 4 nd you are opposite the entrance to the Airport in a few metres, -it couldn't be much closer. ON return, I rang after we picked up our cases, then had time for a take away coffee in Costa, straight to Car Park 6 level 4 in the lift with our cases piled on the trolley, and again, we arrived at the same time as our beautiful Volvo and smiling friendly chauffeur, 15-20 minutes after our phone call to say we were ready for the car. Our car was in the exact same condition as we left it in. It all went like clockwork and we will certainly use them again next time. Highly recommended."

"On arrival back at South terminal at Gatwick yesterday, I followed the procedure and called the number given once I had collected my luggage. I was told to proceed to Orange car park level 1, which I did. After 25 minutes I was contacted by your team to say that the car was waiting for me at the North Terminal and how long would I be. Explained that I would not be making my way across to the North Terminal as i was where I had been told to collect my vehicle. Waited another 15 - 20 mins for car to then arrive. Overall a wait of 45 minutes. Not exactly how I expected meet and greet to be. "

"I called the mobile number provided 15 mins before and the driver was waiting in the short stay car park, the process was very simple, a quick check of the car and thats it. On return i collected my cases and again called the number and the driver was very prompt. The driver that dropped my car off was very friendly and professional "

"It was my first time driving to Gatwick airport. i got lost on arrival, it was difficult to find parking by following the post code for Sat Nav. So my arrival was very stressful. However exit was perfect. It's good service. I will recommend it."
