"Bearing in mind you had to deal with the BA chaos, the service was good. While waiting for my car I was speaking to several people who had left their vehicle with you in the morning and were waiting for you to deliver back to them in the afternoon!! They had never left the airport. At least I had had my holiday. So when I phoned you I was asked if I had left my car that morning which confused me until I realized just what pressure you were under. The only very minor observation is that your instructions to me was to park my car on the top floor. I was concerned when your guy didn't show on time, then got a call from you to say the drop-off is on 4th floor, not the top floor. So, full marks for price, efficiency under the circumstances and I would definitely recommend your services based on my experience."
