"Booked for 1pm drop off didn't show until 1.20pm after 3 phone calls, driver just said "not my fault" had to wait 10 minutes at 1am with 3 children for car to be dropped off. Used meet and greet many times never had to wait around before, driver and car always been waiting for me, will not use this company again. "

"On collecting my car I noted a scuff to one of the alloys. As it was 1am, The agent said to call customer services the next morning in order to rectify the damage. I made the call and was asked to forward the photos that I'd taken and a full explanation to them. I have yet to have a reply!!"

"When we arrived to park at Gatwick we made a mistake and went to the top floor as it said on my print out but apparently you told us 4th floor so we were over the time for a free exit from the park. Your driver asked us for £3.50 for the exit charge as we had been over 20 minutes. We paid this £3.50 but when I got to my destination I realised that I had paid £7 in the booking fee for entrance and exit fees. When we came back to Gatwick there was no problem at all. "

"Very rude staff on return. Waited over half an hour in cold with pregnant fiancée for car to be returned. Offered no apology and just told it's ok just wait. I will be requesting a refund. Would not recommend this service or company to anyone. "

"We used this meet and greet company for the first time for a short city break. We would definitely recommend this company. There was somebody there to greet us as soon as we arrived at Gatwick and the same with our journey home. Friendly and courteous. Will definitely be using this company again."

"First time used this company, service was excellent, called when at M25 services and was greeted 20min later by friendly staff, car was examined and photos taken, mileage recorded prior to handing keys over. Called once baggage was collected and was advised of location to meet, had car back and on my way no longer than 20min after the call. Car came back in the same condition it left and only had 12 extra miles on the clock. Very good service for the price paid, will defiantly use again."
