"The meet and greet service is a very good idea and saves a lot of time because you don't have to bother with transfers. What was disappointing for us was the damage done to our car whilst in your care. Whomever had caused the damage obviously knew they had done it because they had tried to rub the paint off . You can't rub off dents though!!! The damage wasn't mentioned to us, probably hoping we wouldn't notice it. Photographs were taken though and we will be investigating further."
