"The Sat Nav location was not correct (it was Gatwick North, not Gatwick South) so driving alone and in the dark to find Gatwick South was not easy. Use M23 approach if possible where it is well signed. Check in was easy, check out less so as l waited on the wrong level, not being given the correct level. Once l called, l found car was waiting. Despite the obvious cost of this service, l found it to be a huge convenience and would use again if l had to. "
