Sadly, we had to wait 30 minutes once we telephoned to say we had collected our luggage - told not to contact before bag pick up to avoid delays! We had already booked parking again in 3 weeks time so are hoping this delay was a one off or we would not recommend. "

The only negative point is to ask why the driver thought it necessary to alter the menu settings: on collection the wing mirrors would not fold on locking and the mpg display was changed to entirety different menu setting. Why? And if the change was essential for driving, why not hand the car back as left? Strange and mildly irritating "
