"Airport Parking, personally, I find is excessively expensive, hence my rating. The drop off and pick up process however was excellent, with a very friendly, helpful and efficient staff member on each occasion ready to assist. With no dedicated counter as used by some authorized airport parking services, it is always a concern if a staff member will be available to accept my car on arrival by car, but my concern was soon put to rest as the staff member was very visible and dealt with our arrival by car within just a couple of minutes. Likewise, on our arrival by plane, it was great to see my car parked very close to my exit from the elevator and staff member ready to hand me my keys and departure ticket after exchanging the required paperwork."

"Easy to book. Called 20 mins before arrival at Gatwick. Easy to locate the car park and someone was waiting to take the car. Simply walked across the road to departures in north terminal. Coming back was just as seamless. Called after had collected luggage and car was waiting for us. So easy when travelling on my own with children. Would 100% recommend "

"Very poor directions to find car park 5 to have car collected from us. I kept going round and around to find car park 5 and paid £5.00 drop off charges three times. Fourth time we got to the correct car park and still got charged £5.00 drop off charges. It was a nightmare. Never again. "

"Fantastic service we called them 20 minutes away and as we pulled up to the barrier they called to say they were waiting for us so no hanging about, on return called waited about 10 mins and they arrived with the car we loaded are bags in while the driver got the exit ticket and we’re gone. Will definitely use again."
