"Absolutely brilliant in all respects except for the following: I became confused on entry (despite your very clear instructions) and ended up in the drop off zone. Obviously, I couldn’t find your operatives. I telephoned for hep. I am hearing impaired and, by this time, seriously stressed and needed someone with patience and understanding to sort me out. Instead, the person I shouted at me and when I couldn’t make out what he was saying, he hung up. Luckily one of the other guys was able to sort me out. Not your fault I made the error, but ….."
