"Total cock up on arrival, unable to call number given as it always went to answering machine. Had to drive into terminal meet and greet area where I had to get someone else to take car. On my holiday I later had to try and sort things out and try to locate my car. Was not impressed by inaction on my emails to company and eventually had to phone from Florida. Matter eventually sorted out and car was delivered to me on return. Given token to get out but still had to pay at exit the sum of £4 by card. Staff I dealt with at airport were good however."
"Brilliant service arrived at the time they said on arrival and was about 5 mins after the phone call on return. Instructions given on the phone as to where to go were very clear. Would definitely use them again, saves the hassle of having to go to a park and then be transported to the airport."

return of the vehicle went well. Vehicle had been used for off road driving( it is a 4x4) mud splashed up side of car, ariel broken, vehicle was in the 4x4 gear whereas handed over in 2 wheel drive."
"Absolutely diabolical, on pick up, the driver took my car, drove it to what looked to be a council estate, parked up, no idea why, set off again, drove it erratically, (slow speeds, then higher), hammered it over speed bumps, clearly got lost, didn't know his own route to the car park pound, parked it up again on a side road, driver was smoking, dressed in jeans, t shirt, tattoos.
Car came back with minor damage to underside of front bumper. this is just the tip of the iceberg.
No one clearly realised the car was fitted out with Dash cam and video capability.

For the arrival procedure, it would be helpful if the colleague picking up the car held up a name sign to make it easier to locate them, especially at busy times.
