"I chose this company based on recommendations and found them to be competitively priced. The process is reasonably straightforward and in theory works well. HOWEVER…. Our car was returned with a large ship in one of the doors - it looks to be where another door has been opened on to it but it is very deep and to my mind has been scraped. Fortunately we took a close up video of the car before we left it (your photos are inconclusive at best given the garage lighting). We will now be making a claim against the company for a repair but it more time out of my week to sort this and it should not happen. The person handing over the car was pretty matter of fact about it and I just wonder how on earth this has happened? The car is parked up and left but someone has known about this - it is not a nick or a little dent which you might not notice on a light colored car. Very disappointing in the end. "

"Travel fairly frequently from Heathrow and Gatwick and have been using Simply Park & Fly Meet & Greet for past few years. Drop off and collection very convenient and slick. Cars have always been returned in same condition as dropped off with very low mileage added. No issues so far and minimal delays."

"I have used this company before and it is always excellent. Drop off is simple, pick up quick to return the car. Staff always friendly. Competitive prices. I like it because you can drop it straight at Terminal 5 and walk into the Terminal and on the way back you just come out of Arrivals and go over to the car park, walking distance, and car is there waiting, if not will only be ten minutes. Perfect. "

"Not the most communicative of drivers but the guy was ready to collect pretty soon after we arrived. This is a 24 plate car and pristine. It was spotless when we left it with the driver. Upon return we followed instructions and telephoned as soon as we landed and then again when we had collected our baggage. We were told that our car would be returned in 20 mins. Frustrating but we made our way slowly to the collection point. After waiting a while the car turned up pretty much 20 mins after the call. Not bad. The car exterior looked like it had had a quick clean over and was 'OK', as was the interior. The drivers mat was dirty and there was a boot scuff on the drivers door threshold. Frustrating that the drivers can't wear clean boots or put down a sheet of paper to keep their boots off the mats and get into the car more carefully."
