"Bit of confusion when arriving at the airport as we were told by one attendant to wait by our car and then following a telephone conversation we were advised to go into the area by the lifts. Once this was sorted everything went smoothly. On the return, the luggage took an extraordinary length of time to arrive. We received a call to ensure all was good. Car was waiting for us on returning to the car park. "
