"The key hopes and expectations of Meet & Greet are that the car is picked-up, and later dropped-off, pretty quickly, and that was my experience with this booking. I also liked the 'two call' procedure upon returning, once as the plane lands and the second when the case comes off the carousel, as I think it assists the pick-up promptness. I also like the leaflet left in the car regarding future bookings at Heathrow and also Luton - I am due to fly from both later this year, and will certainly use Simplypark again!"

They gave very clear advice about where to meet them, as I have a roof box so can’t do the normal location.
