"I have used 'Terminals' a few times this year, always good. This time, on return the car was covered all over with muddy water, and the drivers side footwell was really very dirty, The car was very clean (recently valeted) when I handed it over, I spoke to the driver, he wasn't interested, said the driver must have had muddy boots, but for such a short journey, it must've been moved around several times, to get that bad, Not sure I will use them again"
