"I have been using Terminals Parking Meet & Greet for several years now and have been happy with the service I received every time. Professional, well organised and always friendly. This time I had to change the collection day due to flight cancellation. The only thing I would say is that both SimplyPark and Terminals Parking have information regarding cancellations on their websites but none regarding change in collection date, and you cannot change this online. I could not contact SimplyPark on the number provided, so called Terminals Parking directly on their generic mobile number. The process from there was very straight forward and you receive a link to pay for the additional day by text when you collect the car."

When booking, the prices vary considerably; I check all information but cannot work out why the cheapest is £20 less than the next one - there appears to be no significant difference - is there a difference in the service?? One review said the cheapest company required them to pay the £7 exit fee from the short stay car park after no extra time other than meeting and driving off - please always specify whether an exit charge has to be paid. "
