"Difficult to get through on the phone"

"This company is the best Iv ever used. I use meet and greet aprox once a month, so am really talking from experience. Their communication was amazing, they actually phoned me 30 min before I arrived at my booked time, I phoned them when I landed, then again when I got my case, and the kind and helpful gentleman was there waiting for us, he also helped us in with our cases. And the company paid the parking ticket, on entering and leaving. 10 out of 10. "

"Arrival process was absolutely excellent however the collection was poor . We always use simply park and fly but this time was a different experience when collecting our car ( previously it’s been very good ) . on arrival back to Heathrow we called as requested immediately when landed and again when we had all our bags however when getting to car park at terminal 3 we had to wait 45 mins for the car to be delivered . "

"Very slight delay when dropping car off. But I was early and staff were happy to accommodate my early arrival. Collection of car was seem less. Phoned when landed and again when I collected bags. Walked to car park and car arrived within 5mins. Very polite and friendly staff. Thank you "
