"Dropped car off. I left my hand bag in the car, called company and was no problem for them to bring the car back as they had already left to park it, so I could retrieve my bag. Upon arrival, called as leaving Terminal car arrive 15 mins later. I have used this company many times and have always experienced a good service and would certainly recommend them. "

"The key hopes and expectations of Meet & Greet are that the car is picked-up, and later dropped-off, pretty quickly, and that was my experience with this booking. I also liked the 'two call' procedure upon returning, once as the plane lands and the second when the case comes off the carousel, as I think it assists the pick-up promptness. I also like the leaflet left in the car regarding future bookings at Heathrow and also Luton - I am due to fly from both later this year, and will certainly use Simplypark again!"
