"Friendly staff. Small delay in pick up."

"I rarely leave reviews but wanted to on this occasion. I've used Terminals Parking at Heathrow on several occasions. Their instructions are clear, the car is dropped off easily & more importantly returned to us in good time. Yesterday my flight was massively delayed, but the team were friendly & told me just to call them when I landed. I was expecting to pay extra but because it was still the same day, I didn't need to, always an unexpected bonus. "

"Drop-off was smooth. Pickup was slow. They said there was an accident delaying traffic but some proactive updates would have been handy as when you are tired after a flight you want to get home ASAP. Otherwise, it was fine and they were polite."
